“We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” – Winston Churchill

I am lucky enough to have a great career and the ability to use my talent to help other people, causes or school related activities.  Below are a few passion projects I'm spending my free time on.

Park Hill Trobots

Branding Mentor

I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing students, parents and community professionals on team FRC 5013 Trobots. Volunteers help Mentor Park Hill High School Students in an annual robotics competition that helps promote S.T.E.M. and FIRST® values.  I was brought on to develop and elevate the Trobot brand which helps in fundraising and standing in the FIRST® community.

KC Northland Elite Athletics

Brand Development & Expansion

Helping those who help others is a core belief I have tried to live by my entire life.  As a parent of a middle school basketball player, I saw a need to help organize and enhance the NLE Basketball brand and jumped in.  Coach Rick and his team are the best in the KC area and big things are happening.  I'm proud to help them, as they help our Northland youth develop into amazing athletes.

Codding Chewbacca Trobots

Star Wars

Professional Nerd

Look, I'm not one of those hard core nerf herders, but I do appreciate the universe, creative storytelling and design talent that Lucas and team imagined.

I have a passion for quality and screen realistic elements.  So yes, I volunteer as Vader (Being 6'8 helps), Chewbacca (7'3 on stilts)

If you have a great function in the KC area and I'm available, always happy to chat!

P.S. - Donations are accepted for my wife's therapy and wine bills.
